Today is an insane long day at work for me, so on my lunch break I spent the first half going to get coffee (and the second writing this) anyways as I'm ordering my coffee the gentleman behind me steps forward and says "I would love to get that for you." Now I know all to well that this kind of thing just irks my husband so I said "Thats sweet but I'm married, and plus I'm buying for the whole office." well that didn't work on this guy, what does he say next?
"Sounds like you get to treat all the girls to coffee then." I frowned but thought fine you want to buy for the office I'll let you buy for the office and proceeded to order drinks for ALL the girls I work with :-P Well as if that wasnt enough he says "Thats all?" Then to the lady behind the counter "Why dont you throw a six shot americano in there with that" I turned and looked at him like he was an idiot and said "Who for!?!" He laughed and said "For luck." ICKY! Haha that is a very very bad line. "It's not a four leaf clover" I snapped. "it's a cup of coffee and your gonna need a LOT more luck then that."
I'm not telling this story to say Oooo look at me haha but to say WHY are men so stupid! I mean really what is buying me coffee going to do for you besides empty your pockets and get some snide remark. Obviously they dont know me and dont know exactly how I would respond, but I hope that any girl would have more respect for herself to fall for that cornyness (If thats even a word) I mean really I'm a person, you cant buy me or trick me into loving you with terrible lines. Where have all the real gentlemen gone?
This same guy didnt even hold the door for me on the way out, now weather thats another sign of his lack of class or his way of expressing he was more then peeved at my own lack of so called class I dont know. But I did take the coffees and the extra americano and I assure you, when I am bouncing off the walls tonight I will owe it all to the gentleman I met at Starbucks today.

Unexpected blessing!
I'm so excited to announce the newest addition to our ever growing family.
Her name is Julia, but now that she is ours Cody might change it to something more... I dont know, manly! But it's such a huge blessing to know that he will be able to get to work and back in one piece. This really was a God thing with how it worked out with the timing and everything and we feel so excited to have this "new" truck, it's exactly what Cody has been looking for!

Jolly Rizzo
We have gone through our share of toys with Rizzo. the boy can chew through ANYTHING!Including the Jolly Ball Teaser. However it's gone take him some time so it's a step up from before. Like any "teenager" we have to limit his time with this toy. (its his xbox) he gets to worked up and stressed out bu it, but if we would let him he would never stop playing with this toy :-)
P.S. Please ignore the nastiness that is our bedroom right now.
And Erin I think you need one of these! He is chewing it but its not coming apart at all yet!

Lunch Break Pros and Cons
Pro
- I'm getting off at 4:30 instead of 5 today
- My room is staying clean and cute :-) And that makes me enjoy being in it
- My husband is home tonight and not working!
- I found a dog bed for Rizzo for only $15
- I orderd a super duper durable dog toy today, I hope it works
- I have been waking up really early these past few days
- I have fresh flowers in my room which is wonderful
- I got fresh new makeup on Monday!
- Im enjoying a mocha at the moment and it is GOOD!
Cons
- 4:30 is still over two hours away
- My finger nails look like crap since the fake nails came off
- My red hair faded way to fast and needs to be redone already
- My small rose bush is going to die soon because I dont take care of it.
- I live in A room, as in one... instead of an apartment heehee oh well...
- my toes are cold.
- And my dogs eat through every toy in two seconds flat making it hard to be a good mama and buy them some more....
Hope your all having a wonderful Wednesday and enjoying the small blessings that make the big crap not seem AS bad ;-) I will upload some pictures soon and do some real blogs, I know I have been saying that for a while but I really do have good intentions to do it.
The End.

Psalms 119:28 My soul is weary with sorrow: strengthen me according to your word.
Sometimes in our lives we face things we could never understand. Things that don’t have an answer and you just have to know that God is at work even in this, sometimes we can see him, and other times its hard to even feel him. Death in particular is something that rarely feels like the right thing…
In my family we have faced several losses that seem much to soon. Each time you face the same questions, and each time you get the same answers, or lack there of. You struggle through the emotions and pain both for your own loss, but often times more for the pain you see others facing. No matter the situation only one thing stays completely the same, and it’s a peace that can only be explained by a loving and merciful God…
I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.”
—John 16:33
Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.
—John 14:27
And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be thankful.
—Colossians 3:15
Ephesians 6:10 Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might.

Just some thoughts
I've heard that it's possible to grow up - I've just never met anyone who's actually done it. Without parents to defy, we break the rules we make for ourselves. We throw tantrums when things don't go our way, we whisper secrets with our best friends in the dark, we look for comfort where we can find it, and we hope - against all logic, against all experience. Like children, we never give up hope...
I don’t view myself as a grown up in any way. I often laugh at the fact that I am married to another none adult, and that together, we are making a laughable attempt at trying to navigate this world and make a so called life for ourselves. We are a hopeless mess, but we still hope.
Last night we were laying in bed watching Grays Anatomy and visiting and we realized we have no clue what we are doing. We know where we would like to be (even if we aren’t sure why), and we are attempting to get there, but in reality we are just trying to make since of life. Why things seemingly always have to be done in a certain way and why people are always judging each others every move.
I am just as guilty as the next guy in this area. Everyone thinks they know what is best for other people. We speculate that they’re too young, too old, too immature. Whatever it might be, we would never do it that way if we were them. When all the while they are looking back at us thinking the same thing.
There is another couple that we know and most of what they do annoys me. I know how shallow of me right? But I know I irritate her too. We are so different, and approach situations so differently that we have a really hard time understanding and respecting each other. Why do I care if she is so different than me? Individuality is divine! Who am I to judge it.
It’s why one persons best friend is another’s persons enemy. We are all made different with different likes and dislikes. That’s a no brainer I’m just stating the facts. What apparently IS hard for people to grasp, is that its OK they are so different than you.
Someone getting married at 18 can in fact be just as ready for marriage as someone who is in there 30s, shocker I know. Someone in their early 20s will be ready to handle three kids when someone in their 40s will never be cut out for the task. And in the same way someone older will be better prepared for their life choices than you or I. It has absolutely nothing to do with age.
Our God has created us as such unique individuals that we are all ready for something different. We are all prepared for our individual lives. So where do we get off judging others for the way they live their lives, or the choices they make? God gave them their brains, their hearts and their desires. Would we ever question his decisions? In a since we are…
God wont ever take you to what he cant take you through….
Believe it, in your life and the lives of others around you. And instead of being concerned with their choices and decisions, encourage them. What a blessing to be able to know that God is in control of all of this, we don’t need to be concerned for them, we need to be there for them instead.
And so it is my resolve to work on not judging other people’s choices and lives. And instead when I see something or someone I don’t agree with, be reminded at how great God is in creating such unique and different personalities and minds in us each.
